and don't spray where you want anything to grow ever!.
Painted, i never heard about just using vinegar! I think the salt is for more permanent weed death and the soap is to help the solution stick, but i'm just now learning about all this stuff.
When we were jw and running around doing "God's work" we just let our yards look terrible. We lost one house to bankruptcy because we were so stupid.
Now we have been in our own house for 5 years, we're feeling responsible and want to help the neighborhood look good.

Heaven, i did a search on here about the term weed killer, before i posted this recipe, and came across several references to the big M's products.
I really want to use more homemade "natural" problem solvers, i'll just put it that way, lol!

a witness couple just called on me.
they know i have'nt been to the hall for a few months but have no idea that i am "off reservation" in more ways than one.. they called by to tell me they that due to the "unloving spirit" in our.
congregation they will be going to another hall from now on.. the husband has been having ongoing "issues" with the cobe for some time ( iow,he hates his guts).. they feel that if they move to another cong where the people are nicer everything will be ok. (yeah, right).
You are all absolutely right! and haven't you seen some jw looking down their noses at new arrivals from nearby congregations, or chuckling gleefully when some disgruntled left for nearby congregations? We did both and knew people who did, too.

When you change things that you've been used to, you get an uncomfortable feeling because the new behavior doesn't feel familiar.
Our nature will always be attracted to what's familiar, even if it isn't good for us. Knowing that will help keep us from returning to what has hurt us in the past.

Hey you are welcome, Heaven - be careful about using this mix around your lawn! I would just keep working on it without any chemicals and sow more grass seed, maybe. You don't want bare spots

My daughter was five when i was baptized, now I have a 14 year old granddaughter and my hair is white.
But honestly the delay of dharmageddon didn't bother me at all. The difference between the dogma and the doing is what worked to start my waking up. Then when i allowed myself to read CoC, ttatt was revealed.
